F2W is happy to announce, Missions Possible. This exciting new campaign is the result of F2W's Leadership Team coming together to set specific goals to reach by the end of 2007.

So what does Missions Possible look like? Missions will now be split in two equal categories, Home (Anderson area) and Away (National and International). So let's take a glimpse (and then I'll tell you how you can help)...

Home:

• F2W is ramping up its partnerships with great local organizations like AIM and Foothills Alliance to reach more citizens here.
• We are scheduled to speak at several churches in the area to raise awareness on missions.
• We are again partnering with the Morningside Community to clean their park and host a Kid's Fun Day.
• We will continue to work with youth groups to provide assistance and resources.
• We are currently increasing the number of small groups we coordinate monthly projects for.
• This summer we will be launching an aggressive campaign to provide no-cost yard care to the elderly and disabled.

Away:

• F2W is headed back to the Gulf to assist Katrina victims by leading groups from the Southeast.
• For an open trip, we will be headed to the Gulf in late June.
• This summer we will bring online our much anticipated Downloads page of our web site. Providing a variety of resources.
• In late summer, an open trip will be headed to Virginia to work with a youth organization.
• We are also announcing our first international partnership with Masinloc Baptist Church in the Philippines. We will be monthly supporting this great church and school through money and school supplies. Likewise, we have committed to sending one team to assist with construction and evangelism.
• By mid summer, F2W will be launching its Mobile Response Unit. The MRU will be a fully equipped trailer and volunteer team that can respond and assist in a variety of situations.

Wow! But I gotta tell you, this is huge for us. We have gone way past the point of sane, safe decision making for this organization. But the Leadership Team has faith... Faith in what God is calling us to. We know that together, with your help we can do all this and more!
