Thank you for your interest in getting involved with Missions Possible.  The following is your mission, if you choose to accept it:

The Background:

It has almost been two years since hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast.  Many residents are still rebuilding their homes and their lives.  One such family is the Jones’s.  F2W began assisting this wonderful family last fall.  Jeff, his wife Melissa and their three teenage children have been living in a small FEMA trailer since the storm destroyed their home.  That’s right, five people living in a camper for almost two years!

The Mission:

F2W has committed to helping this family rebuild their home.  And it is almost finished!  In addition, F2W is sending Jeff and Melissa on a much needed vacation this July.  Why a vacation?  The stress of the storm, their loss, the long rebuild process, and living in such close quarters has strained this husband and wife to the point of breaking.  And F2W is committed to helping people not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.  Besides, what good is a completed house if we have a broken family?

The Need:

A designated fund has been established for Jeff and his family.  We are asking, in addition to normal monthly support, for monetary donations.  These funds will be used specifically for Jeff and his family.  Please indicate Jeff on your checks.
