In September, F2W included a survey in its monthly newsletter F2W Currents.  The Leadership Team conducted the survey to help answer two important questions: one, are we getting our message out effectively?  And two, how can we improve? Well the results are in! And here they are raw and unedited:

• 12% of surveys were returned.
• 96% of respondents rated F2W overall performance “above average” to “excellent.”
• 67% visit the web site "once a month" or more (33% "once a week" or more). 
  • 63% rated www.foot2water.com as “above average” to “excellent.”
• 86% of respondents pray for F2W "once a month" or more (52% praying "once a week" or more).
• 76% support this organizations through monetary donations (with only 33% interested in online giving options).
• 48% respondents actively volunteer with F2W.

Some of the comments offered were: "improve imaging/branding, more service opportunities, keep doing what your doing, make web site more user friendly, advertise prayer requests, more local involvement, have t-shirt color options, advertise, larger font on web site, stay in prayer, publicize how you make decisions, keep up the great work, follow God's will, more support from local churches,..."

A special thank you to those who took the time to participate and provide such valuable feedback.  Over the next few months you will see many of your ideas and suggestions implemented here at F2W.  F2W is an open organization.  We know that we do not have all the answers!  The Leadership Team will always welcome new ideas, suggestions, and accountability.  So thank you for getting involved. While we will continue to follow God’s vision, remember, Your Opinion Matters!
