I love my family! Yeah, I know, they can get on my nerves or be a little crazy now and then (I am sure they feel the same about me), but they have always been there for me. Always. Sharing the triumphs and achievements in my life (Congratulating me, building me up). And they have always been there in my lows and in my failures (Always praying, always encouraging me, always standing beside me). There is truly something special about family.

Having a core group of people, like family, in our live's is so important. People who believe in you, support you, who guide you, who pray for you, and who encourage you. We all need these things. And just as it is important that we as individuals have a core "family" group in our lives, a successful organization needs a family as well.

This is why we have set up the F2W Family. F2W family members are just what it sounds like; they are family! They believe in this organization and its mission. They support through financial giving and by actively volunteering on projects. Family members guide the Leadership Team by giving suggestions. They are intentional about praying for F2W and those it serves. And finally knowing the difficulties of ministry, they are quick to encourage the staff and fellow volunteers

And just like being a part of a family, there are benifits to becoming a F2W Family member.
